I’M ALL FOR DIY: DESIGN CONSULTATION

If you’re the DIY type but need design guidance in setting up or updating your vacation rental, our Design Consultation is for you. We’ll walk the property with you (in person or via video conference) and provide verbal recommendations, including suggested amenities, furniture placement, lighting, landscaping, furniture/decor purchases, and paint colors, to enhance each room for maximum appeal. We’ll also include our ideas to create Instagrammable moments for your guests. This service can be done remotely.

$150 per hour


HAND ME THE SPECS: REMOTE DESIGN & SOURCING

This package is perfect for short-term rental owners who want to increase their occupancy and nightly rates while saving time by letting us source the furniture and decor needed. After we preview the rental property, we’ll provide a Design Concept for the overall look of the property. Once we agree upon the overall direction, then the work to source each item really begins! This service can be done remotely via video conference.

  • Provide Design Concept to guide the overall look of the property, color palette and furniture style.

  • Provide mood board with photos of items for every room, including design elements such as wallpaper, paint colors, flooring.

  • Links for purchases provided in Google sheet.

  • Access to STR industry discounts on all items needed to furnish or refresh your STR property.

  • Includes our Airbnb Essentials list with links to all of the kitchen, bedding, bathroom items you’ll need to get set-up!

$150 per hour, typical projects range between $2,500-$5,500


CONCIERGE, PLEASE: FULL-SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION

If you’re in the process of setting up your first short-term rental or want a complete overhaul of an existing property, we can design and furnish your vacation rental to wow your guests. Our expertise in design and sourcing items can save you months of time trying to furnish the space on your own, and our goal is to provide you with eye-catching design, thoughtful details, and stunning photos of your listing to help you maximize your rental income.

  • Create overall design style and “story” for the property, including a written property listing description.

  • Provide a mood board for each room.

  • Provide lighting, paint, landscaping, and amenity recommendations.

  • Source and coordinate the purchase all of furnishings and accessories (purchases billed separately).

  • Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the property or receiving warehouse, then oversee transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

  • Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings and accessories.

  • Access to STR industry discounts on all items needed to furnish or refresh your STR property.

  • Coordinate interior and exterior photography, including detail photos to help increase bookings.
