Regardless of where your vacation property is located, we can guide you on setting up a short-term rental that will stand out above the rest.
I’m setting up my vacation rental property but not sure where to purchase furniture and decor. Can you help?
We have years of experience shopping for furniture in the home staging and interior decorating industry, and we’re here to help guide you in making purchasing decisions for your vacation rental. We know where to shop based on your budget and we design with your guest in mind. With our Hand Me the Specs package, we’ll provide you with a mood board and links to actual furniture and accessories for you to purchase.
I’m a busy investor or vacation rental owner and don’t have time to furnish my short-term rental. Can you shop and set everything up for me?
YAY! And YES! If your vacation rental is located in the Santa Barbara area, we’ve got your back. With our Concierge, Please package, we’ll work together to create the story for the home and finalize the design, then do the shopping for you. On installation day(s), we’ll set up all of the furniture for you. We can even provide towels, dishes, surfboards, cruiser bikes, and more!
What does it cost to design and furnish a vacation rental home?
Every vacation home is unique, and the cost to furnish it depends on the size and location of the property. We believe the furnishings selected should reflect the nightly rate you’d like to charge. For a high-end property charging top dollar, guests will expect higher-end furnishings. For smaller homes and studios charging a modest nightly rate, we’ll select furnishings that are within a more modest price range. We’ll work with your budget to provide the impact needed to impress guests, both in photos and in -person.
